Upholding its commitment to the value of inclusivity for all Kuwaiti talents

In its latest effort to support people with disabilities in Kuwait, Burgan Bank participated in the graduation ceremony for the fifth batch of talented participants in the “Partners to Hire” program. The ceremony was organized and hosted by the Public Authority for Disability Affairs, with the support of leading Kuwaiti institutions across all industries and led by the banking sector. Held under the auspices and presence of the Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood Affairs, and the Minister of State for Youth Affairs, Dr. Amathal Al-Huwaila, the ceremony celebrated a group of outstanding graduates who completed the tailored training program that equips professional talents with disabilities to join Kuwait’s workforce as customer service agents. Burgan Bank’s renewed participation in the event along with the employment of several graduates is a testament to its commitment to inclusivity, social responsibility, and social sustainability in its community.
